Yes, and not as a policy promise. Estiqo has no accounts, no server and no analytics — there is no system on our end that your portfolio could be sent to. Everything is stored on your iPhone, and only if you switch it on, synced through your own private iCloud, which we have no access to either.
As many as you own. There's no property limit on the free tier and no trial that runs out. The whole day-to-day side of Estiqo — cash flow, documents, leases, loans, contacts, key dates and photos — is free for your entire portfolio, permanently.
The end-of-year work and the analysis on top of it: EOFY packs for your accountant, the depreciation schedule, the CGT sale worksheet, cash flow forecasts, value over time, the equity and borrowing snapshot, portfolio analytics, and the due diligence checklists and calculators.
